 might as well change it to 479 chapter discussion... wow, chapter release on a wednesday...hope this keeps up. I hope naruto gets a real weapon soon and learns to do that neat little trick danzou did at the end of the chapter.

 God, it's such a shame Danzou is an evil chode. He is so badass. I really want Naruto to learn that "pressure bullet" thing. A bunch of shadow clones using that would be like an artillery barrage,

Question. Since Danzou cut through Susanoo's protection with a regular wind technique(strengthened by his summon), does that mean Naruto's rasengan shrunken actually has a chance of punching through Susanoo, or at least it's back.

 I wonder if the attack actually did open susanoo...I mean, I can still see bone, so doesn't that mean it's still effective somewhat?

 I think the spine might be on the inside, and Danzou sort of sliced up it's back, so to say? I noticed how Sasuke blocked Danzou's previous attack by using his bow as a shield though. Not sure if that's the mirror, but it at least seems to function as a shield as well.
Earlier Sasuke's non-complete Susanoo could take on attacks from several shinobi at the same time, including Gaara. So it seemed like it could still deflect a lot of damage on it's own. But now the full form Susanoo opens up from a single back attack? A little disappointing to be honest, if that's all it takes to get through it. It's not too hard to write up a scenario where someone sneaks up behind him and uses a powerful attack. I was hoping for a more impressive strategy to beat it.

 Its possible that Sasuke let the Wind through Susano'o to follow up with his fire attack against that beast, in order to augment his attack. Its not that Susanoo was weak but Sasuke used the situation to his advantade and 'opened up' Susano'o to let the wind through.

 Sasuke used the demon elephants suction to increase the power of his fireball.(according to Madara) So that means it was the frontal attack and not the rear one that gave his attack extra juice. So i think that attack really was what created the gap in Susanoo. I guess this explains why Itachi's need the yata mirror and why Sasuke's has a bow that doubles as a shield.

I'm with Alexis in that thought it would be a lot more difficult than this. Wind element is supposed to be the most powerful at close to medium range, and his attack was strengthened, but still.... When Temari's hit it there wasn't even a scratch and that was an incomplete version. Of course those were a large number of smaller attacks.

At any rate i think Dazou's attack really did pierced it which still leaves the question what would Futon Rasengan Shuriken do? :oh:

 anyone think those shurikens that sasuke threw is more significant than at first glimpse, sasuke may be preparing for some greater jutsu with these as a set up we didn't see what happened to them, could contain a bunshin who knows.

 they did seem a bit out a place. So, either it's just bad pacing by kishi, or good set up common to sasuke. Most likely the latter.

 I think that was a collage of attacks and the shurikens were just a part of that. Just to show they were exchanging meaningless attacks for a bit. Which i applaud because 4 mins would have taken forever otherwise. As completely bad ass as Danzou has been in this last chapter i can't say i want to see this dragged out much more.

One eye closes every 60 secs so that last page would have had to be over 2mins.
